This TV was $1199 on Black Friday on another lightning deal. Other front page deals for this TV was priced at $1274.
Note in previous deals many people were confused between this TV P759-G1 and the one at Costco at Black Friday for $1599 the PX75-G1.
The PX75-G1 has more dimming zones (480 dimming zones). This TV has 240 dimming zones.

Also if you are concerned about the negative amazon reviews… you will notice the bulk of the negative reviews are for the 65" variant of the TV and not the 75" You will notice the reviews of this TV on best buy and target are generally more positive.
